How do I get to your Louisville, KY facility?

Take I-64 to Exit 17, heading south onto Blankenbaker Road. Turn right at the first light onto Bluegrass Parkway. Turn left after about ¼ of a mile onto Decimal Drive. We are at the end on the right.

LTL shipments are at Dock Door #2. Receiving is Doors # 7-11.

Kyana Packaging & Industrial Supply is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM till 5:00 PM Eastern time. Receiving is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM till 4:30 PM Eastern time. During the summer months, Kentucky is on Daylight Savings time.

If I don’t know exactly what I need, who will help me solve the particulars of my application?

Kyana Packaging & Industrial Supply has an extensively trained sales force whose primary responsibility is assisting our industrial and manufacturing customers solve their specialty tape, adhesive, or packaging and shipping problems. They would appreciate the opportunity to call on industrial users, engineers, purchasing agents or anyone who could utilize their years of experience to solve problems or improve systems.

How will my order arrive?

For manufacturing facilities or industrial customers, Kyana Packaging & Industrial Supply delivers on it’s own trucks throughout Louisville, KY; New Albany, Jeffersonville and Clarksville, IN on a daily basis. Kyana Packaging & Industrial Supply also delivers to Central KY (Frankfort, Lexington, Richmond, etc.) on Tuesdays and Southern IN (Paoli, Pekin, Salem, Seymour, Scottsburg, etc.) on Thursdays. Delivery to other locations within KY & IN is on an as needed basis. Kyana Packaging & Industrial Supply also ships via package services, our primary carrier being United Parcel Service (UPS) with Federal Express (FedEx) available at customer request. Common Carrier truck delivery is available at customer request or when it is a less expensive option than a package service.
Delivery for residential customers will be via UPS or FedEx at customer request.
Other local rapid delivery services are available if you need a product within hours.

Why is there a fuel surcharge on my invoice?

There has been a dramatic rise in diesel prices since August, 2005. In August, 2005 the Department of Energy (DOE) listed the average price of diesel in the Midwest at $2.4448/gallon. The average price posted by the DOE for September, 2005 was $2.753/gallon in the Midwest. This increase of 11.2% will be added to the fuel portion of the freight charge for deliveries on Kyana Packaging & Industrial Supply’s trucks as a fuel surcharge starting October, 2005. When the DOE updates the average diesel fuel price each month, we will adjust our fuel surcharge %, using August, 2005 as the base.

What is the current basis for calculating my fuel surcharge?

The DOE Diesel (On-Highway) all types June, 2010 average price was $2.948/gallon.

Can I drop by and pick my items up?

Will calls are accepted during normal business hours. While Kyana Packaging & Industrial Supply does not have a formal show room, our customer service representatives would be happy to walk you through our warehouse to assist you in solving your packaging, shipping, specialty tape or adhesive needs.

What are your terms?

Credit terms may be extended to industrial customers who chose to open an account with Kyana Packaging & Industrial Supply. Otherwise we accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express, checks or cash. Shipments may also be pre-paid via check or Electronic Transfer or orders may be sent COD.
