The Lincoln Legend® 5 is a self-contained 5 x 5 dot matrix ink jet coder designed for quick
installation and ease of use. This unit prints single line messages of ˝" (13mm) characters. The integrated controller,
keypad and LCD display allow for virtually effortless programming and you see your message as it will appear on the box.
The unit has the memory capacity to hold up to 41 different messages. Each message can be up to 39 characters long and can
include variables such as carton count, time and date. Parameters such as character width, dot size, and product delay are
unique to, and stored with, each individual message. The clearly visible low ink warning light on top of the unit alerts
you when the ink supply is running low. The disposable 1 liter ink container is housed inside the unit, and is designed to
be changed in seconds with no tools.

The Label-Aire® Model 3111 combines high-speed application of up to 1500" (2000" optional) of pressure-sensitive label web per
minute with exceptional placement accuracy of ±0.03".
This model accepts a wide variety of label sizes due to its advanced honeycomb grid at the labeling point. Its air-blow applicator
allows non-contact application in any attitude: top, bottom or side.
Common errors such as double-labeling or a missed product are eliminated due to peel-tip sensing that further assures labeling
accuracy. Consistent, reliable operation also is assured by microprocessor controls that allow repeatable settings and constant
monitoring.
In addition, the 3111 is durable even in harsh environments due to its corrosion-resistant, stainless steel and anodized aluminum
casing. Pop-off rollers are removed easily for fast cleaning and replacement, and the unit can be moved from one production line to
another when mounted on Weber's castered T-base.
For simultaneous label print-and-apply applications, the Model 3111 can be combined with a Weber thermal/thermal transfer printer.
