Do I have to register before ordering?
No, you can place an order without an account using a credit card. If you'd like to sign up for an account, please fill out our online registration form and our customer service will be in touch.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, at checkout, select the Will Call shipping method. You can pick it up at any time during business hours.

What payment methods can I use?
You can pay for your order with a purchase order, credit card, ACH account, or feel free to request a quote if you'd like different pricing options for products.
What are your terms?
Credit terms may be extended to industrial customers who chose to open an account with Kyana Packaging Solutions. To apply, complete our credit form and email it to orders@kyanaind.com.
Where is the receiving area?
Will Call, shipping and receiving should check in at dock doors 1 or 2. You may occasionally be directed to a different door, depending on the product being picked up or delivered. Hours are 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Thursday and 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM on Friday.
How soon will my order be delivered?
Stock orders by 4PM can typically be delivered within the next business day depending on route. Contact info@kyanaind.com for any inquires about your delivery.
