At Kyana, we carefully balance speed and cost when shipping
Freight is calculated at the time of order entry for domestic shipments (Continental United States only) and is based on all products shipping at one time, to a single location. Freight for international shipments will be calculated at time of shipping. All charges will be added to your order.
Not all products can be processed for shipment via AIR. If an order has an item that Kyana Packaging Solutions can not ship via AIR, we will contact the customer to discuss other options. Generally, orders received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the same day, subject to availability.
Kyana Packaging Solutions will not accept returned products, unless prior authorization has been obtained. Re-stocking charges of up to 25% and freight will not be waived, except in cases of product defect, subject to manufacturer's testing. Kyana Packaging Solutions will not accept products past 120 days from the date of purchase
